Esnek üretim sistemlerinde proses modelleme ve analiz etme, yalın üretim yöntemine göre yeni proses tasarlanması

Abstract

Sanayi devrimini takip eden yıllarda, tüketim yapan kişi ve kuruluş sayısı üretim yapan kişi ve kuruluş sayısından çok daha fazla olduğu söylenebilir. Ancak ilerleyen dönemlerde bu fark giderek azalmıştır. Üretici sayısındaki artış müşterilerde daha kaliteli mamulü daha ucuza ve daha az zamanda elde etme isteğini tetiklemiştir. Bu da üreticiler arasındaki rekabetin zamanla artmasına yol açmıştır. Artan rekabet ortamında üreticilerin ana hedefi, “müşteri ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda, daha kaliteli ve zamanında üretim yapmayı hedefleyip müşteri memnuniyetini en üst düzeyde tutmayı sağlamak” olmuştur. Firmalar, rekabetçi piyasa şartlarında ayakta kalabilmek için proseslerinde israflardan arınmak ve verimliliği en üst düzeyde tutmak zorundadırlar. Bu çalışmada, proseslerdeki israfları ve kalite problemlerinden kaynaklanan müşteri memnuniyetsizliklerini minimuma indirecek faaliyetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bunun için mevcut bir üretim prosesinin modeli çıkartılmış, mevcut proses süreleri tayin edilmiş, alternatif bir üretim prosesinin modeli çıkartılmış, yeni proses süreleri tayin edilmiş, elde edilen kalite kazanımları belirlenmiş ve karşılaştırmalar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yürütülen çalışmalar ile ürün maliyetini etkileyen israflar önlenmiş ve kalite kazanımı sağlayacak faaliyetler belirlenmiştir.

In the years following industrial revolution, the number of consumers were far higher than the number of persons and organizations which produced goods. However, this difference has gradually reduced in the advancing years. The increase in the number of producers has triggered the consumers’ desire to produce higher quality goods at a lower cost and in a short time. This in turn increased the competition between the producing companies. The main goal of the producers is thus ‘to produce higher quality goods in time in order to keep consumer satisfaction at a maximum level’. Producing companies must therefore avoid wastage and keep the productivity at the highest level in order to survive in this competitive environment. In this study, the measures are aimed at reducing wastage at the production line and the customer dissatisfaction resulting from product quality problems. For this purpose, the model of a current production process is set up, the current process times are determined, the model of an alternative production process is established, the process times of new production process are determined, the obtained quality improvements are determined and compared with the current production system. The wastage affecting the product cost is avoided with the measures taken and the activities which increase the product quality are determined.
