Biyolojik afetlerde süreç yönetimi ve Covid-19

Abstract

2019 yılının kasım ayında ortaya çıkan Covid-19 viral ajanı çok kısa sürede bir pandemiye sebep oldu ve yüzbinlerce can aldı. Tarihsel süreçte defalarca pandemiye maruz kalan dünyamız bu pandemilerde hep ortak süreçlerden geçmiştir. Covid-19 pandemisinde de süreç aşamaları aynı olsa da gelişen teknolojiden kaynaklı hızlanan insan hareketliliği, kullanılan ilaçların gelişmesiyle bağışıklık sistemini zorlayan viral mutasyonlar vb. sebepler yüzünden bu pandemi diğerlerine göre insanlığı daha da zorlamıştır. Bu noktada inatçı viral ajanların hayatımızın bir parçası olduğu kabul edilmeli ve tüm kurum ve kuruluşlar için biyolojik afetlere hazırlıklı olunmasını gerektirecek kurum kültürü oluşturulmalı ve birey ve aileler için de aynı şekilde hijyen kültürü oluşturulmalıdır. Biz bu çalışmada biyolojik afetlerle ilişkilendirilebilecek terimleri kavramsal çerçevede değerlendirip, tarihsel süreçte gerçekleşen pandemilerin ortak süreçleri incelenmiştir. Yapılan taramalarla da elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilip afet yönetimi bakış açısıyla öneriler sunulmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler

The Covid-19 virus, which emerged from November 2019 with the virus, was able to become a pandemic in a very short time. Our world, which has been exposed to a pandemic in historical sales, has always gone through a common process in these pandemics. In the Covid-19 pandemic, the stages of the process are at the same time, from technology to technology, human mobility, viral mutations in the district center at the same speed, etc. For reasons, this pandemic has made humanity more difficult than others. To be a part of these programs, it must be accepted and the institution must be established and developed to be prepared for all institutions and organizations. We conceptually evaluate the terms that will come from this training with an education, and the education faculty has information about the common pandemics. According to an evaluation obtained through the scans, it is listed with a detailed perspective.
