Adana 112 il ambulans servisi çalışanları üzerinde; KBRN farkındalığı, bilgi, tutum ve davranışları üzerine çalışma

Abstract

KBRN; Kimyasal, biyolojik, radyolojik ve nükleer maddelerin ilk harflerinden oluşan tanımlayıcı bir kısaltmadır. Bu maddelerin kasten, kazaen veya doğal afetler nedeniyle ortama yayılmasıyla; insan ve çevre sağlığı için zararlı ya da tehlikeli durumlar meydana gelmektedir. Bu çalışma; Adana ili 112 İl Ambulans Servisi Başhekimliği bünyesinde çalışan personellerin KBRN Tehditleri ve Yönetimi hakkındaki farkındalığı, bilgi seviyesi, olay anındaki tutum ve davranışlarını inceleme üzerine olup 926 kişilik evrende 387 kişiden oluşan örneklem grubu ile yüz yüze anket yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) Windows 25.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Veriler değerlendirilirken tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotlar (sayı, yüzde, min-maks değerleri, ortalama, standart sapma) kullanılmıştır. Çalışmamız ile Adana ilindeki personellerin KBRN farkındalığı, olay anındaki tutum ve davranışları, bilgi düzeyleri ölçeklendirilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar ile personelin hazırlıklı olmasına yardımcı olacak, farkındalık oluşturacak, mesleki gelişimlerini sağlayacak ve tespit edilen eksikliklerin tamamlanması için öneri ve değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Mevcut olarak hastane acil servisleri, itfaiye ve jandarma ekipleri üzerine yapılan çalışmalar bulunmaktadır. Fakat 112 Acil Ambulans ekipleriyle ilgili çalışmalar oldukça az ve yetersizdir. Adana ilinde yapılmış olan bu çalışma 81 ildeki mevcut personele uygulanma özelliğine sahip olup ülke genelinde personellerin değerlendirilmesi ve elde edilen sonuçlara göre geliştirilmeleri için yapılacak çalışmaların başlangıcını oluşturmaktadır

CBRN is an acronym for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear. The spread of these substances to the environment deliberately, accidentally or due to natural disasters creates harmful or dangerous situations for human and environmental health. This study is about examining the awareness, level of knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of the personnel working in Adana 112 Provincial Ambulance Service Chief Physician about CBRN threats and management. It was conducted using face-to-face survey method with a sample group of 387 people in a population of 926 people. The data obtained from the research were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) Windows 25.0 program. Descriptive statistical methods (number, percentage, min-max values, mean, standard deviation) were used while evaluating the data. CBRN awareness, attitudes and behaviors at the time of the incident, and knowledge levels of the personnel in Adana were scaled. With the results obtained, suggestions and evaluations were made to help the personnel to be prepared, to raise awareness, to ensure their professional development and to complete the identified deficiencies. There are studies on hospital emergency services, fire department and gendarmerie teams. However, studies on 112 Emergency Ambulance teams are very few and insufficient. This study, which was carried out in Adana province, has the feature of being applied to the existing personnel in 81 provinces. It constitutes the beginning of the studies to be done for the evaluation of the personnel in the country and their development according to the results obtained.
