In this paper, the design and analysis of a single phase grid-connected fuel cell system is presented. For this, proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is used as an energy generation unit and the system is integrated into the utility-grids/loads through a single phase inverter. For this purpose, all/dq conversion based power flow controller is employed in single phase H-bridge inverter. The system is constructed through Matlab/Simulink environment program. In the performance/analysis section, the system is tested for different load conditions. The power flow waveforms and system voltages/currents are given in modeling results. In case studies, it is obvious that the excess power is supplied to the grids and the lacking power is provided from the grids to feed loads.
